The Lieberry

When I was in third grade, one of the highlights of my school week was to troop with my class to the library and listen to a story told or read by the librarian and then to wander the book stacks looking for a book to check out.

The librarian would always tell us before she began the story, "There is a strawberry, there is a blueberry, and there is a gooseberry. But there is no such thing as a Lieberry. We call it the LibRARY." I have always made sure that I pronounced it, LiBRARY, ever since.

I have since been back to the library, in fact, I went just the other day and I have a couple of Book Reviews or Book Comments to make and I'll be making those here.
